As we're in the middle of the fall season, we're seeing some familiar cyclical patterns at play. The recent drop in sales aligns with typical seasonal trends, and the boost in available inventory was much needed to offset the previous scarcity. This is definitely encouraging news for those buyers eager to make their move this autumn.
Nevertheless, it's worth noting that certain buyers may still find this market challenging. The uptick in interest rates has deterred some potential buyers, not all. However, the buyers in the market seem to be taking a long-term perspective.
