Greetings T&C Families and Friends,
Wow! Itβs hard to believe this fall season is over half completed and Halloween is just around the corner. It seems like summer just ended only a week or so ago. Although this summer was extremely hard on our grass and fields, some timely rain has helped. I hope you have all been enjoying a great fall season.
There is always lots of things going on at Town and Country and this October is no exception. Along with all the fall sports we have several special events coming up.
Coach Appreciation Day is this Saturday, October 21st. Please remember to show your appreciation and thank your coaches this week. We all love our coaches and without their time and dedication T&C would not be the special place it is.
We have our βHelp Every Kid Playβ Charity Bowling Tournament scheduled for this Sunday October 22nd at Highland Lanes. This is our big fundraising event which raises money for our financial assistance program. If you have not already signed up, there is still time. Bring the whole family and come play with us. It is for a great cause and will be a lot of fun.
A new event this year will be our first ever Trunk or Treat event Saturday October 28th. We hope to have many of our T&C families come out and join us. If you are interested in participating either as a trunk provider or as a Trick-or-Treater, remember to check out the T&C Events page for additional information and to sign up.
Many of you will be playing your end-of-season tournaments in the next few weeks. I wish you all good luck! Remember to play hard, play fair, and have fun!!
Registration is currently open for the winter Basketball season and will open for our spring sports in the next couple weeks. Sign up early to guarantee your spot as some sports have limited availability.
I want to thank all of you for being a part of T&C. I look forward to seeing you all around campus and at some of the upcoming special events.
