A Summer of Impact

Fall may be here, but we’re still thinking about the incredible impact made this summer through our Munch Machine mobile food program. Over eight weeks, the Munch Machine served 365 kids each week and distributed 2,920 food packs to help keep students fed while school was out. Packs included a variety of foods like meat and cheese, fresh fruits and vegetables, English muffins and more—along with simple recipe cards with ideas for using some of the ingredients at home. We couldn’t have done it without our amazing community of volunteers, staff and supporters. That’s a whole lot of summer support for Billings kids...thank you!

A huge day for Billings schools!

Phew! What a weekend for Billings Public Schools! The 34th Annual Saturday Live, presented by Altana Federal Credit Union, was a success by all accounts. The smiles, laughter and even the screams coming from the Terror Shack were all signs of a great day spent having fun while raising money for our schools.


While we’re still working on the final tally, we want to take a moment to say a HUGE thank you to our incredible sponsors who helped make Saturday Live possible. Their generosity and support brought this reimagined event to life, and we truly couldn’t have done it without them!

Help Light up Holiday Nights!

We’re excited to partner with Holiday Nights and TDS Fiber this holiday season to support our BackPack Meals program! Throughout the season, Holiday Nights guests will have the opportunity to provide a weekend food pack for a local student for just $7 when purchasing their tickets. Also, watch for more information coming soon about filling Santa's sleigh with Backpack Meals.

But first, we need your help bringing the magic to life! As part of this new partnership, we’re helping recruit volunteers to hang lights and prepare the Zoo for the season. Thank you King of Glory

Our friends at King of Glory Church were busy giving back during their recent service day! More than 100 volunteers of all ages came together to support eight local organizations, and we were grateful to be part of their efforts.

Their crew assembled nearly 100 birthday cake kits and 37 meal kits that will be distributed through our school food pantries. We love seeing our community come together to help care for Billings students and families. Thank you, King of Glory!
