The two things people tell me they value most about our live stream classes are one, the ability to be in community while social distancing and, two, finding their inner calm, especially during these uncertain times.

That is why as we continue with the energy of Ganesh as the inspiration for our practice, our theme for October is Grounding & Equanimity. I invite you to join me for a deeper dive into this aspect of Ganesh this Wednesday, October 7 when I'll be leading a contemplative practice. The session is free.

Speaking of grounding, I'm excited to welcome Meg back to our team! She will lead a 75 minute Restore class twice this month starting on October 14. This is the perfect class to replenish your 'surge capacity,' the many mental and physical assets relied on during crisis.
