Have you met Ash?   She teaches Elevated Endurance, Bring Your Own Body and starting Thursday a new class called Full Throttle. While her classes are an intermediate to advance fitness effort, she encourages any fitness level to come to a class.

"All of my classes are inclusive for anybody. There are options for beginners and modifications for those who want to advance. Life has a lot of variables we can't control, but one thing you can always control is how hard you work. I'm here to help!"

We're excited to welcome Ash to the team!
