All six of its 2011-12 Mainstage Season play productions garnered excellence awards for Manoa Valley Theatre at Hawaii State Theatre Council's annual Stars' Night Out & Po'okela Awards Banquet on August 20, 2012. MVT's awards spanned 15 of the 23 categories including one special discretionary award determined by the Po'okela adjudicators.   

"We are very pleased for our theatre as well as for each individual who has been honored ," MVT producing director Dwight Martin enthusiastically stated.
