SERVE DAY: October 12
This year we will have our first ever Serve Day at HBC. Serve Day is a one day opportunity to share the love of Jesus with our community right outside of our church walls.  This is a church wide event offered to all ages of our congregation.

We will begin our send off from the Fellowship Hall on Saturday, October 12 at 9am. Please pray about how you would like to serve our community and sign up! We already have some locations in the community set up but are open to other places as God leads us. This is a wonderful opportunity for Sunday School classes, Life Groups, or other groups to partner together and take the love of Jesus into Enterprise!

Children and youth will have the opportunity to participate as collective groups with Children and Student Ministry leaders.

If you are interested in being a location leader or have additional questions about Serve Day and how you can help, feel free to contact Julie Hodge or visit our Serve Day table in the Worship Center on Sundays in September!

Dr. Rick Harrelson from Medical Center Enterprise will be presenting a program on stroke prevention. A stroke occurs when the blood supply to part of your brain is interrupted or reduced, depriving brain tissue of oxygen and nutrients. Within minutes, brain cells begin to die.  A stroke is a medical emergency. Prompt treatment is crucial. Early action can minimize brain damage and potential complications. The good news is that strokes can be treated and prevented, and many fewer Americans die of stroke now than in the past. Lunch will be provided. Sign up in your Sunday School class or call the church office.
