Jump Start MAP

The start of this year has been incredibly fun!! We are having a great time getting to know your children and tapping into their creativity. They love building, creating, experimenting, moving, playing, and making friends. We are going to have a great year together!

DID YOU KNOW?

We have found that great things happen when we switch up our teaching teams, so that all children have several chances to interact with all 4 full-time teachers. That means that Kim, Trish, Scott, and Kathy will each take turns in the mornings an afternoons.

Please be sure to let us know if your child will not be attending MAP on their regular MAP day. We are not able to rely on the School Dismissal Manager for this information, so a heads up from you will save us from spending time looking through the school and making phone calls to find your child at dismissal.

EXCITING NEWS! Did you hear that MAP won Best Booth at Medfield Day?! The highlight was definitely the photos of all the MAPsters! And it wouldn't be Medfield Day without a new MAP button! If you missed yours, there is a basket of them on our sign-out table - help yourself!

PLEASE JOIN US and our new friend, Hermie, at the SCARECROW SPOOKTACULAR

on Saturday, October 14th. It will be held 12-3pm at Baxter Park (next to Noon Hill Grill).

CLUBS!

Kindergarten & 1st Graders have had the chance to sign up for CLUBS, which start this week at MAP! Clubs are always very popular with the children and teachers!

MONDAY: BOARD GAMES CLUB

TUESDAY: FALL SPORTS CLUB

WEDNESDAY: APPLE CLUB

THURSDAY: OODLES of NOODLES CLUB

FRIDAY: HALLOWEEN CLUB

Please have your child speak to a MAP teacher if they missed club sign-ups.

DONATIONS STILL NEEDED

If you have any outgrown clothes at home, especially BOYS sz 4-7 pants, please consider donating them to MAP. We can use some girls clothes as well. And packages of new boy or girl underwear are still on the list. Thank you!

Afternoons at MAP have been an adventure! We love giving the children the freedom and options after a long day of school.  We have learned some new gym games, tried out a few cool projects, and used our collective creativity to make MAP unique and interesting. We can't wait to see what October has in store!

Check out our PHOTO GALLERY of all the fun we have had in the MORNINGS and AFTERNOONS!
