Granite United Way Day of Caring - Thank you!
Team removes shrubs.
Thank you! Granite United Way Day of Caring Volunteers!
Granite United Way 'Day of Caring' volunteers worked their magic removing overgrown shrubs from the CCEH property on September 5, creating a clean slate for our new plantings. Thank you to Deborah, Rose, Karen, David, Paul and Joe for all your hard work!! Volunteers make an enormous contribution which is much appreciated.  #GUWDOC

Thank you!

Housing First Update:
3 more individuals who were formerly long-term homeless have been placed in permanent apartments!
This
is what we're talking about: ending homelessness!

Seeking Landlords with One-Bedroom Apartments as our Partners!
Vacancy rates are incredibly low in Concord.  CCEH can provide rental assistance to formerly homeless individuals, but we have trouble finding available apartments.  CCEH provides on-going caseworker support to the tenant after they have been housed, and full rental payment every month is guaranteed.  If you have available apartments, or would like to hear more about how our program works, please contact Pam Nordle at  290-3375 or [email protected]

Give someone a chance and help end homelessness in Concord!

Opportunities for YOU to volunteer. . .
10-23-18event

Come to a Volunteer Information Session October 23, 5:30 to 7:00 pm to see what opportunities there are and talk with staff and volunteers about specific roles, projects and events. There are so many different ways to get involved, from working with Concord Homeless Resource Center guests to helping with fundraisers and special events, to serving on committees or the board of directors!
