"GO GREEN" Golf Tournament-October 18th

"Monofilament Madness" Waterway Cleanup-October 26th

NEW VOLUNTEER SITE ADDED on Mango Street for walkers to help clean the mangrove area! The first 200 registered volunteers will receive a special Tunaskin event shirt. Dockage and launch will be from Salty Sam's Marina with an additional launch at The Mound House. Lunch and after-party at Salty Sam's. Click here to register.

"Leave The Scene Clean" Tote Bags Now Available!

The new Keep Lee County Beautiful reusable tote bags are now available! There are four bag designs that each feature a full-color winning illustration from our 2024 student art contest. The overall student winners were Grade K-3-Antonelle DaRosa-St. Francis Xavier; Grade 4-6-Olivia Baker -Oasis Middle School; Grade 7-9-Mia De La Cruz Matos-North Fort Myers High School; Grade 10-12-Jennifer Cedeno-Dunbar High School. Hazardous Waste Collection Events

Lee County Solid Waste will be holding Household Chemical Waste collection events on the following dates:


October 2nd: 9am-1pm-Bonita Springs Rec Center

October 16th: 9am-1pm-Estero Community Park

International Coastal Cleanup

Words can't express our gratitude to the volunteers and sponsors for making our Coastal Cleanup possible! It was an incredible day with almost 1K volunteers removing over 6K pounds of trash and debris!
