Lots of fun and exciting stuff is coming up at Progress Fitness Center this Fall! We created monthly newsletters to help our members stay informed!

Tyngsboro Trot 5K Race
Join us on Nov. 6th
Progress Fitness Center is sponsoring the Tyngsboro Education Foundation 5K race this November, join us and support your gym and town!
Registration information can be found on the race website, or by picking up a registration form at any of the public schools.
There is a FREE fun run for kids under 12 at 10:00 am, the 5K race will begin at 10:30. Our trainer Meri will be doing the race warm up. We hope to see you there!
Wednesday 8:35AM Variety Pack class will be
"Bells, Bands & Bosus" for the entire month of November with Meri!
Using kettle bells, resistance bands, and bosus, this circuit style class will strengthen your body from head to toe. While the kettle bells and resistance bands work your muscles in new ways, the bosu will help improve balance, stability, and core strength. All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to attend!
First class begins November 2nd.
Cardio Kickboxing Studio
Classes Running Now!
Cardio Kickboxing classes began as of October 17th and will continue for the next four weeks! Want to drop into a class? Pay the $15.00 drop in fee and join when it is convenient for you!
Mondays at 7:00 pm
Tuesdays at 9:30 am
Wednesdays at 8:45 am & 7:00 pm
Thursday at 7:00 & 9:30 am
Friday at 6:00 am
Saturday at 7:30 am
Next four week program starts: November 14th
Peanut butter and Jelly Smoothie
Handful of strawberries
Handful of blueberries
1/2 of a banana
1 Tbsp of PB2 powder
4 Ice cubes
1 cup of almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Directions: Put the ice cubes in a blender first, followed by all the other ingredients. Blend until well combined and smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Accountability through the Holidays
We all know that following a healthy diet and regular exercise is key to maintaining a healthy weight and feeling good. This is always easier said than done, and it becomes especially difficult through the holidays!
Meri is looking for
3-4 people to join her on
Monday evening's at 6:30 for small group training over the course of six weeks. In addition, participants will have the option to work with Meri for healthy eating support.
The group will begin on November 14th and will end on December 19th. The cost to participate is $200.00 per participant. Don't let the holidays get in the way of your goals!
