Where Potential Becomes Reality
October 2020 Newsletter
The sun is out and brighter times are ahead!

Our San Jose and Marina schools are ready for students to return in person on Monday, October 12th.  Our teachers and staff are working hard to get the campus ready and can’t wait to start working with the students in person again.  We’ve found creative ways to keep students engaged while doing distance learning but are looking forward to the energy that in person instruction brings.

We also have a Special Needs Planning Virtual Seminar coming
up tomorrow and a Golf Tournament Fundraiser in Reno on October 10th.
There’s still time for you to register. We look forward to seeing you!

Special Needs Planning Virtual Seminar
Pine Hill School's Show and Tell
To keep distance learning fun for our students while also sharpening their presentation skills we had a virtual show and tell. There were some unique items shared including a baby sister and homemade walking stick.
Backpack Giveaway
We were able to provide fully stocked backpacks to our students thanks to Family Giving Tree. Our families very much appreciated it.

Anti-Bullying Club
Our Anti-Bullying Club held a virtual online bullying class for our students. Students learned strategies on how to avoid being bullied online, to respect others, and to report bullying.
S.T.E.A.M Spotlight
Mr. Cody's Art Class had a Wolf and Grumpy Cat art project. We wanted to share a few of these amazing drawings by our students.
