Heart Sangha is starting up again!

“OM” Do you hear that? It’s the universe calling. Registration is now open! We have space for 4 people to register for a 5-week "Heart Sangha" series. These sessions will be held starting Monday, Oct. 29 at 6:30pm and continuing every Monday until this series closes. Heart Sangha is an inspiring opportunity to take a break, quiet your mind, increase your energy and in turn deepen your relationship with yourself.

Join Geha for a Sattva Yoga Workshop

The channels of energy flow in the system of Oriental Medicine provide a map to the human body that has been used for centuries. They assist us in the exploration of fascia and connective tissue of the body. In this workshop that includes practice and theory, you will learn the fascinating connections of ancient principles as they relate to body, mind and spirit helping you to deepen your practice and your understanding of the energetic mechanics of your body. Join Geha for this workshop on November 10th from 10:00 am-5:00pm at the Sattva School of Yoga.
