NEWS & UPDATES
Farm Credit Canada Invests in Our Vision
Farm Credit Canada (FCC) has donated an amazing $25,000.00 through their AgriSpirit Fund toward the development of our new Health Centre! Fund representatives were on site recently to deliver the cheque.
On hand for the presentation were, from FCC, Jeff Finlay and Kristy McNamara, as well as Warden J. Murray Jones and Camp Executive Director, Jacob Rodenburg.
In Memory of Kim Vardy
Sadly, on Tuesday, October 1st 2019 we lost a member of our Camp Kawartha Team.

Over the past 5 years Kim Vardy has dedicated herself to keeping our campers safe and getting them from camp and out into the Ontario wilderness on canoe trips.

Make the Journey Possible on Giving Tuesday!
Teachers tell us that the number one challenge they face when organizing a class trip is the increasing cost of busing. Therefore, the focus of Camp Kawartha’s Giving Tuesday campaign this year is to raise $2,400.00 for our Busing Subsidy Program.

Giving Tuesday presents an excellent opportunity for charities like us to reach out to the community to help with a worthy project. Mark your calendars for Tuesday, December 3rd and visit our Giving Tuesday donations page at https://givingtuesday.ca/partners/camp-kawartha
