This Month, at the BHBA Event "What's New in Dept. Two?", Supervising Judge Amy M. Pellman swore in Chelsea Stevens and Erin Grey as the new Co-Chairs of the Beverly Hills Bar Association's Family Law Section.
We congratulate Chelsea and Erin, as well as the 2022 Family Law Legends Award recipients

Greg Girvan Presents at the
Third Annual NCBA Family Law/Trusts & Estates Cross-Over Seminar
Greg Girvan presented to the North San Diego Bar Association’s Family Law and Probate sections about crossover family law and probate issues. The topics of the presentation were techniques to increase tax basis through transmutation agreements, the characterization of life insurance proceeds for policies acquired during marriage, and the careful drafting of estate plans when addressing the character of community property assets.
The FMBK Team commends Greg on his willingness and passion to share his extensive knowledge in family law!

FMBK Partners Jerry Kline & Steve Mindel Attend their Annual 5 Year USC Gould Class Reunion
It was a "Sold Out" night at Town & Gown for the USC Gould School of Law Reunion. This was the first "In Person" reunion since the beginning of the pandemic. The alumni were excited to see all of their Trojan Family Friends in 3D as opposed to Hollywood Squares on Zoom.
