About Brekke Insurance Group
In November of 2002, Jim Danner and Bob Everts opened the office doors to Danner & Everts Financial. They started with zero clients. Having the will to be independent and a desire to have the client’s best interest always in mind, the business started to prosper.
In 2008, Brent Brekke joined Jim and Bob forming Danner, Brekke & Everts Financial & Insurance Solutions. Brent’s experience in corporate benefits was ideal to grow the business through insurance. The business continued to expand with two locations – Litchfield and New London, serving a large number of individual clients and group insurance Benefit Programs.
Today, due to the exponential growth of the insurance portion of the business, Brent and his team relocated to the east portion of the Litchfield CDS building, which allows us a larger space. Our new address is 822 N. Sibley Ave. The location in New London remains in the United Minnesota Bank. Business is now conducted under Brekke Insurance Group, keeping the same wonderful service for both DBE Insurance and the Medicare Duo clients. In addition to Brent, our licensed agents on board are Peyton Aller, Eric Setrum, and Chad Thompson.
We are here for all your Group Benefit needs, including the Minnesota Paid Family and Medical Leave program that was passed in Minnesota which starts on January 1, 2026. Our agents can quote your business for this program and work through our carriers, allowing you to work with us for service and claims. This enables you to avoid using the state for your administration and potentially saves you premium dollars as well. Brekke Insurance Group also specializes in Medicare, Home, Auto, and Business Insurance.
