Your Teeth and Your Body's Health

The health of your teeth and gums can have a significant impact on your body's complete health.
Tooth decay can lead to infections that spread to other parts of the body, including the bloodstream. These infections can increase the risk of heart disease, diabetes, stroke, and some cancers.
Tooth decay can weaken your immune system
Tooth loss/broken teeth can make eating difficult and lead to malnourishment, and unintentional weight loss.
Gum disease, also known as periodontal disease, can affect your body in many ways, including:
Bacteria from gum disease can cause inflammation in the arteries, which can lead to a blockage and increase the risk of heart attack or stroke.

Enamel: Tooth enamel is the hardest substance in the human body, made of calcium and phosphate

Vaccines
Very excited to now offer vaccines for all our pediatric patients ages 0-18
In addition we have flu vaccines for adults who do not have insurance
If you HAVE health insurance you can get you flu and covid boosters at your pharmacy. Just jump online and self schedule. (no order from me needed)

Phone calls will be returned same business day. Please call for anything that is urgent.
Text messages will be returned the same business day.
Emails are also HIPPA compliant and will be returned with-in one business day.
AFTER HOURS please call with urgent concerns or email something that can wait for a response.
