Annual Family Photo Contest Awards

For our Annual Family Photo Contest, we were blown away by the wonderful entries we received. Selecting a winner was no easy task, so our staff decided to select a top three. All photos and stories submitted by our families were so remarkable and moving, and they will all be featured in our Achieving Milestones video next month. Stay tuned!

We would like to congratulate each of our winners and thank everyone who participated. Each winner will be awarded a prize gift based on their interests, the rest of the participants will receive a gift card.

At AZA United, we are honored to have the opportunity to work with so many astounding children and their families. Thank you to all who submitted photos and allowed us to celebrate your children's accomplishments!

The Future of Autism Services

This past summer, AZA United hosted our inaugural Mini Conference for Parents, a half-day event featuring a variety of speakers from AZA United and sessions on important topics for Arizona families.  Our Vice President of Children & Youth Services, Carey Beranek, delivered a keynote presentation on how services for people with autism are changing.  This talk highlights several important features of a contemporary approach to autism services and provides examples of how parents & caregivers can support these practices.

We encourage you to give this talk a listen, as it offers insightful information on the positive changes being made in the autism field. Click the button below to listen to Carey's full presentation!
