Strategic Negotiations Webinar Recording
Join us for this interactive overview of the CCIM Institute’s three-step Interest-Based Negotiations Model. For candidates, it’s the perfect primer for the full negotiations program from the institute.

For designees, it’s the perfect refresher on this signature CCIM methodology. For everyone, you’ll learn practical tools that you can put to use right away – both professionally and personally.

This new way to negotiate offers ways to effectively develop solutions which satisfy the interests of the parties involved without sacrificing yours. Unlike the traditional approach to negotiating, this proven method also lays the groundwork for enduring relationships.
Recap of Diversity and Inclusion Webinar

CCIM 104 Course in Milwaukee - October 26-29
Milwaukee will host a CCIM 104 LIVE course October 26th through October 29th. CI 104 encompasses the entire life cycle of an investment, from refinancing to capital improvements to disposition.

CI 104 uses advanced analyses to build on the core CCIM concepts. Sensitivity analysis allows you to pinpoint exactly how slight changes in market fundamentals affect investment goals. Risk analysis uses past performance to anticipate how an investment is exposed to external and internal threats. Learn how to mitigate those threats through smart planning and negotiations.
