Communication
If you have not signed up for BAND please consider doing so!
We work hard not to spam the feed so only the most important updates get through.
We know how busy life can be as a parent and how hard it can be to find an email. We now are listing the Newsletter on the homepage of our website as well as in the BAND calendar under the first of each month for easy access.

BAND is our private app we use to communicate to our parents. It is also a private way for you to communicate with each other! During recital season, we post practice videos on band and during winter months, we post cancellations and delays. The best part about it is our calendar is uploaded right into it!
Please download the app and text Band Invite with your first and last name to 603-512-2173.
Payment Policies
As some of you may have noticed we have been trying hard to pre-bill before tuition is due as a reminder. You will be able to pay the invoice with your credit card right then and there for convenience. It's great! However if you want to receive a cash or check discount you can still turn in your payment in person by the 7th. It is a win win.

The season is divided into (10) payments. You are registered from today until you physically cancel your class. Non- attendance is not a cancellation. There are add/drop/switch forms at the desk should you need to cancel your membership at anytime. One of these forms needs to be filled out. In order to use your deposit, we require a FULL 30 days notice that you are canceling your membership.

We do offer Automatic Payment Withdrawals. Please see our desk staff to set this up. You have up to 2 weeks before each billing cycle to sign up.
Class Room Tools
Everyone did a nice job handing out compliment cards! Thank you for spreading positivity throughout our school. Keep up the great work!
Please make sure you have read our Dress Code online or in your handbook. Dancers who do not follow drsesscode will be handed an Uh-oh card and after 3 of these they will be asked to sit out. We take our dress code very seriously and we ask that it be respected. If you do not have a required item or need hair help please email us.
Compliment Cards
These simply mean great job! We like to reward kind behavior and when dancers exceed expectations.
Chance/Uh-oh Cards
If a child comes in the wrong dress code or has a behavior issue in the classroom we hand out an Uh-Oh/Chance card which is a warning system we like to use to remind children of our expectations.
