This was a busy month at Greenville, as we welcomed the fall weather, along with many successful PTA-sponsored programs:
-
Our 2nd Annual Greenville Read-A-Thon closed with students reading over 180,000 minutes altogether. We’re so proud of all of the bookworms we have in the building.
-
We were excited to mark the long-awaited return of After School Clubs -- huge thanks to our Clubs co-chairs for bringing them back to Greenville!
-
We celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month by hanging posters of distinguished members of the Latin community throughout school, tying into instruction delivered during Library time.
Here’s a peek at the kiddos enjoying a few of our other programs:
We had a great turnout for the PTA’s Walk to School Day, in partnership with the Greenburgh Police Department, and encourage families to continue their daily commute on foot this fall.
