Cancellation Policy
Just a gentle reminder that we do ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice when cancelling appointments.
We have reserved that time especially for you and "no shows" and late cancellations will result in a service charge and/or the loss of the opportunity to book future appointments with us. Thank You in advance for extending this courtesy to your stylist and other clients who may be on a waiting list.
