In this operation, the streets scheduled will be swept clean and coated with an asphalt emulsion. Traffic control barricades will be used to direct traffic. Please do not move the barricades. Sunland Asphalt will remove the barricades when it is safe to do so.
NOTE:
All vehicles need to be out of the work area before 7:00 am or they will be towed at the owner’s expense. Sunland Asphalt and Sunrise Presidio Village will not be held liable for any damage that occurs during towing.
All trash/recycle containers need to be removed from the street.
Road must not be wet. Outside watering must be kept to a minimum.
Keep children and pets away from the work area.
One half of the road will be done allowing residents to use one side of the road each day.

Fog seal cannot be applied in the wind, rain or extreme temperatures. If any rescheduling needs to be done, you will be notified.
