Policy Change

Starting October 1st, all class extensions must be done at once for any given package. For example, if a class package has 3 expired classes, they must all me extended at one time and can only be done once. These extensions are good for 1 month from date of extension purchase. Please purchase your packages according to you usage plans. We have options to purchase 1, 5, or 10 class packages.

2020 Silent Retreat Dates Announced!

Book time for yourself to renew, restore, relax, and energetically cleanse in so many ways!

This fall, Diana hosted the third 'essence of yoga' silent retreat at Lial's stunning renewal center in Whitehouse, Ohio. All were so amazed at the power of this retreat and are super excited to make this a part of their year going forward! The foods were wholesome and delicious vegan/gluten free, the grounds were stunning and so calming, the guided meditations and practices were restoring and relaxing, Diana assisted those that came in so many techniques for finding balance, and her private energy sessions were powerful for those that used them.

Private Room with own private bathroom:
$400 (includes both nights and all 6 meals)

Private Room with hallway/community bathroom:
$350 (includes both nights and all 6 meals)

* Diana will offer private sessions again and will allow for booking these closer to the event. She is also working to have a massage therapist for both of these weekends. All who sign up will be able to pay for these sessions at discounted rates closer to the time of the weekend.

* No refunds will be given within 45 days of the start date of the retreat due to room number limitations.

Pranayama and Meditation
3 Month Course 

w/ Diana Spiess

Diana offered 2 YEP sessions in November with Pranayama (conscious breathing) and Meditation and they were so enjoyed! If you would like to learn how to make these practices a part of your daily life, grow to understand all of the amazing benefits, and experience deep relaxation and restoration.. .this new program is for you!

Starting in January, Diana will be offering 2 live calls per month continuing through the end of March... 6 calls total. She will guide the class through numerous pranayama and meditation practices and the calls will be recorded for those in the class to receive afterward to use later whenever wanted/needed. This is an amazing way to experience these practices and being able to practice from anywhere without needing to travel is very powerful.

SOMA Phase 3 Sound Therapy Training with Diana Spiess, CVSMT

This is first time this course will be help in the Greater Toledo Area! Those wanting to participate must have completed phase 1 with Soma Energetics before attending this course.

About the Course:
The Ancestral Energy Release Technique

The epigenome (how genes are expressed) could be affected by working in the etheric template, and that heritable changes in the gene function can potentially be changed through intention directed by subtle frequencies from tuning forks, the Ancestral Energy Release Technique (AERT) was developed.

Through this 5th dimensional energy technique, the following may be etherically addressed:
  • Unwinding ancestral predispositions
  • Reprogramming with corrected genetic expressions
  • Multiple generations
  • Maternal or Paternal side of the family
  • Planetary, Inherited or Acquired Miasms
  • Issues from past lives
  • Issues related to fulfilling life contracts

Making space for more life force energy... and joy. 

In yoga and many other holistic, energetic, spiritual realm work, we talk often about “letting go” and/or “releasing what no longer serves us". In the physical realm, we speak of the exact same thing when talk about releasing tightness in our muscle tissues or trauma tension in the body. 

Why do we discuss this concept of releasing so much? And, once we do release, then what? 

We have specific organs in our body that are designed to release anything that does not belong: the lungs, liver, colons, lymphatic system. We shed skin, hair, nails, and dead cells. From all this, we then have space for clean air, nutrients, healthy, new baby cells, and anything needed for our body to continue its work to bring us to a state of balance...homeostasis. We give away and take in balance to keep balance...or at least we should be. For so many reasons, most of us are not at all sustaining this balance nor are we supporting our body or being in doing so. 

Whether it’s in the physical realm or energetic/etheric realm, I’ve been working with clients and students and on my own journey with so many modalities to assist in rebuilding this balance and finding ways to sustain it. For years, I’ve been asked over and over again to begin a process to help more people and/or help my current clients hear me more often (although they say I’m in their heads a lot already 😏). 
This is why I’m beginning my new podcasts very soon: Pranava Joy.

I will explore all that I do and teach to assist anyone wanting to create more space (Pranava) to allow more life force energy (Prana) in to their lives so that only pure joy can exist. 

I hope you’ll join me on this amazing journey. We have so much we can do assist the innate drive of our body and being to heal, restore, energize, and renew so that only pure joy can exist.

We have a small lost and found box by the back restroom that is starting to overflow... please check when you're in again to claim anything that is yours.

Studio Policies

No recordings, photos, or copying of classes, workshops, or private sessions without written permission from the owner. Please leave all cellular devices on silent/off and in cabinets during sessions/classes.

Bring indoor shoes with you. Outside shoes are not permitted. The salt damages the studio's wood flooring.

In order to make the space comfortable for everyone, please refrain from wearing colognes or perfumes to class.
