As you are probably aware, New Provincial COVID regulations require that participants and leaders/volunteers show proof of vaccinations in order to take part in recreation programs. If you are/will be leading a walk group and haven’t already done so, would you please email me a copy of your record? I will look at it, make note of it and delete it.
As for participants, we are asking them to show leaders their proof of vaccine and you can add a “V” next to participants’ names on attendance sheets. You only need to see this once and you DO NOT have to collect participants' records. Thank you for your attention to this.
