Wing Thing
Thursday, October 13, 5-9 p.m.

Midtown Global Market vendors Manny's Tortas , Hot Indian Foods and Taco Cat are going head to head to see who be crowned the 'Kitchen King of Chicken Wings'. The event will take place a t East Lake Craft Brewery and after tasting each competitor's wings, guests will vote for their favorite. Tickets are $25 and get you three wings from each competitor, two drink tickets good for beer or kombucha, and a commemorative pint glass. A portion of the proceeds will go to Youth Link which helps fight youth homelessness. Click HERE to get your tickets, or purchase tickets at the door. 


 

Dia De Los Muertos Week 
October 29 - November 5

You won't want to miss out on the week long Dia De Los Muertos celebration at Midtown Global Market! Kalpulli Ketzalcoatlicue will be performing an opening celebration on October 29 and guests will be able to sample popular traditional Mexican cuisine eaten during this holiday. Kids can participate in mask-making and other craft activities throughout the week.




BOO! Trick or Treat at Midtown Global Market
Monday, October 31, 5-7 p.m.

Bring your costume and a candy bag to Midtown Global Market on Halloween for a chance to load up on treats from around the world. Keep your eyes out for vendors with Halloween balloons because they will be handing out sweets from 5-7 p.m.! We will see you 'scare'!




Global Chili Cook-Off
Saturday, November 12, Noon - 2 p.m.

Things are heating up at Midtown Global Market for the annual Global Chili Cook-Off! Vendors from around the Market will cook up their best Chili with the hopes of winning the title of 'Best Chili in Midtown Global Market'. A $5 donation is requested and all proceeds will benefit Doing Good Together, a local non-profit that encourages families to volunteer together.

Our neighbors and partners, Allina Health and the Cultural Wellness Center invite you to stop by the Backyard Initiative Resource Center located near the Lake Street entra nce of Midtown Global Market. The Backyard Initiative currently hosts 12 CHATS, each with a different focus for maintaining and improving both individual and community health. Make sure you check out the resource center next time you're at the Market!
