Club 100 Welcomes
New Trainer: Lara Waters
Indoor Spin

Lara has always been an action packed person. She has participated in a variety of events including road bike races (100 miles), A Tough Mudder, many running races: including a ½ Marathon, and her new favorite, the Zombie Redrun in Virginia City.  She can handle herself well on a mountain bike and has hiked her way around Lake Tahoe since moving here 16 years ago.
It was no surprise her exercise enthusiasm led her to spin classes. She fell in love,  and eventually, got certified to teach. She puts together thrilling classes filled with fabulous music that span the decades. (No way will you get bored of the same beat)

New Spin Class
Joy Ride!
Saturday's 9 am w/ Trainer Lara Waters

Joy Ride is an indoor cycling session for EVERYONE! This 60 minute class will improve your health, shed fat and boost your muscle endurance.

With a combination of pedal power and flare for fun, Lara will showcase a variety of routines and themes. Her unique personality will motivate and inspire with an ever changing beat of killer songs.

Come join the Joy Ride every Saturday morning at 9 am starting October 13th at Tahoe Club 100 .

With Eufay Wood & Lake Tahoe TV's 'Tahoe Outdoors Show'

Get a taste of working out with a pro when Eufay Wood of High Octane Training met up with Mike Peron of Lake Tahoe TV on the 'Tahoe Outdoors Show' at Tahoe Club 100 .

Eufay works with Cassidy as he takes us through a few exercises like variations on planks and Tabata squats, lunges, burpees and push ups.

Claire Harrison
Later this month, in our 'Take 5 at The Club' interview, we talk to Club 100 member, Claire Harrison.

You may recognize Claire from around the gym kicking butt in Rosie's Boot-camp classes. Claire comes to Tahoe via London. She is Scottish, has 5 teenagers (four of which are boys!) and runs a business with her husband advising undergrads in tech and finance jobs.
