PRESIDENT'S CORNER Hello fellow Alamo Ranchers    Lots of things are going on this month, so I hope you read all the updates the office has below! Our annual meeting and election is tomorrow, October 3rd, at Hoffmann cafeteria at 6:30 pm. There are no Amendments to vote on, but there are four openings on the board this year, so please get on the website and vote (www.myalamoranchcommunity.com ). There will also be an update on the VIA Park and Ride and our Amenity Master Plan, so don't miss out on that.  The stop sign on La Vallita has been converted to a blinking stop sign, but it was not blinking last week. I put in a request to Bexar County to check on it, and it should be resolved soon.    If you have a request/question for the office, please email alamoranchsatx@gmail.com or call (210)740-4976. Recipes of the Month!

All items are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be picked up during office hours. Payments can be made via cash, check, or PayPal. If you pick through to find the ones you want, please restack and put the remaining furniture back neatly.

HOA Assessments Your HOA 4th Quarter Assessments will be posted on October 1, 2023. Payments can be made at the office during normal business hours or can be dropped off in the after-hours drop box if after 5 PM via check, cashier's check, or money order (made out to ARCA). Make sure to include your account number/ARCA address. If you have questions regarding your account or need to set up a payment plan, please call the Association Office at 210-740-4976.
