Sound and nature are so linked in our hearts and minds that we can’t describe some natural things without referencing sound. The crashing of the waves, the whisper of the wind, the call of an eagle, the crunching of the sand, the rustling of the palms and on and on it goes. Can you close your eyes and hear the seashore?
Join us in November as we launch the very first Artist-In-Residence at Canaveral National Seashore, Dr. Bernie Krause and Jack Hines of Wild Sanctuary. The Canaveral National Seashore SoundScape Station will be a place where art and nature come together. Sound like fun?
See all of the activities that will be taking place in and around the seashore to celebrate this wonderful new collaboration.
Thank you to all of the Friends and Volunteers-In-Parks for all you do.
See you at the beach!
