Community Connection Spotlight:
Red Ribbon Week
This week, the Community Connection team has been busy sharing this year's Red Ribbon Week Message: Celebrate Life. Live Drug Free. Our talented team of 5 has spoken to and handed out red ribbon bracelets to over 6,000 students at 10 different campuses in Dallas and Richardson this week! How do you Celebrate Life and Live Drug Free? See our staff in action on our Community Connection Instagram page.
Family Connection Spotlight:
World Olympic Gymnastics Academy
Earlier this month, Rainbow Days' Family Connection team partnered with the World Olympic Gymnastics Academy (#WOGA) Parents Club in Plano to host 35 children living in local motels and shelters for a day of fun, adventure and gymnastics!

Amidst the challenges and adversities these children are facing in their lives, this mentored event was especially beneficial as it provided the physical space for the kids to decompress and spend an afternoon away from the motels or shelters where they live.

Thank you to WOGA gymnasts and their amazing parent club who make this event possible for our children each year!

Your help is needed to spread holiday joy to homeless children at our annual Saturday with Santa event on Saturday, December 10, 2022. We are collecting donations of filled stockings and toys. Region 10 Conference

On Tuesday, October 4th Rainbow Days’ Founder Cathey Brown presented the workshop “Paths to Resilience” at Region 10’s Educational Service Center in Richardson, TX. Rainbow Days was honored to be a part of their “Illuminate the Path: Ways to a Brighter Tomorrow” Conference this year. It was such a pleasure to be at an in-person event and meet so many wonderful counselors and teachers dedicated to improving children’s lives!
