SHARE Support Group Expansion
|
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, but SHARE is here all year long with our services for women with breast cancer. We are excited to announce that we've started three, all new support groups in the locations below:
- Norwalk, CT (for English speaking women with metastatic breast cancer)
- Brentwood, LI (for Spanish speaking women with breast and ovarian cancers)
- Orlando, FL (for Spanish speaking women with breast and ovarian cancers)
This is SHARE's first exploration in offering onsite support outside of New York City, and we are excited to help the women in these communities.
If you would like to sign up for the Norwalk Metastatic Support Group, please contact our
Helpline
. If you would like to sign up for one of the Spanish speaking groups in Brentwood or Orlando, please contact our
LatinaSHARE Associate.

Thank You for Supporting A Second Helping of Life |
What an incredible evening we had at our fundraiser and annual tasting event, A Second Helping of Life, on September 18! T
he night was an amazing display of food, people, and generosity. A huge thank you to all our supporters- we couldn't have done it without you! Thanks to your help, SHARE can continue providing free services to women with breast and ovarian cancers! We're also grateful to our host, Tamsen Fadal, our chefs and sous chefs, led by Executive Chef Angie Mar, and all of our sponsors.
