October 2, 2023 is a national day of unity in support of survivors of domestic violence. Join with survivors and show your support by wearing purple! The color purple is a gentle sign that you believe survivors, will speak up for survivors, will take safe action with survivors! Together - we can create safety for all!

Join our Advocacy & Outreach committee in collaboration with the Better Living for Seniors (BLS) Mental Health Committee

for an Elder Abuse Presentation on Thursday October 5, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Walmart Supercenter Health Clinic 3491 34th St South, St Petersburg The guest speaker will be Wanda Stuart, MS the Prevention Educator, Operation PAR, Inc.

who will discuss Domestic Violence and the Elderly, including what we can do as

a community to address this vital issue.

Silent No More - Ending Domestic Violence


Pat Riley-Sanderson, chairperson of the PCEDV Advocacy and Outreach Committee will be speaking at this event - open to the public. Share resources and learn about what you can do to prevent domestic violence.
