Santa Clara University School of Law Family Law Society is hosting a panel on Domestic Violence. Our very own Diana Han, Law Clerk at Hoover Krepelka, is Co-President and will be helping to facilitating the event, which will discuss different processes of DV in family court and criminal court. Moderated by Supervising Attorney with the Family Law Facilitator’s Office at the Santa Clara County Superior Court, Fariba Soroosh, the panel will also discuss how COVID and stay at home orders have contributed to an increase in domestic violence.

Previously an intern at the Santa Clara Superior Court, Family Justice Center in the self-help center, she cultivated a deep interest in family law. Jaymi joined Hoover Krepelka in September as a Post-Bar Law Clerk and has since been officially admitted to the California State Bar and promoted to Associate.
