ETHICS CYCLE ENDS 12/31/2024

All Realtors® and Appraisers must complete at least 2.5 hours of Code of Ethics (COE) training in a 3-year cycle.

The current cycle is January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2024.

This is a requirement of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

If you need to take an Ethics course, the VBR has a class on December 11th at noon. Click here for info or to add your name to the waitlist.

A few online provider options are in the link below. NAR offers a free online option, but it doesn't offer state CE credits. You can also check to see if you need an Ethics course.
