Announcing - 75 Acts of Giving

In honor of our proud 75th Anniversary, we are delighted to unveil a distinctive initiative – "75 Acts of Giving." This year, we aim to channel our collective strength into creating positive change within our local communities by involving all of our team members. 

As an integral part of our commitment to giving back, the firm is extending a special opportunity to each team member. You are invited to select a community organization or nonprofit of your choice, and the firm will generously cover a $200.00 donation on your behalf. To guide your selection, we kindly ask that you align with our Charitable Giving Policy.

We encourage you to share the name, website, and address of your chosen organization with by completing this form by Friday, February 16th.

In keeping with our commitment to community and continuous impact, these donations will be scheduled and distributed throughout the year. We believe this phased approach will maximize the positive effects of our collective generosity.

As we embark on these "75 Acts of Giving," we are confident that our law firm's dedication to building and strengthening communities will shine through. Welcome Baby Owen!

Congratulations to the Loonan Family! Tom, his wife Melissa, and big brother Emmett welcomed baby Owen on Monday, January 8th.

Charitable Giving Activity

Join us on Friday, February 23rd in the Stillwater Boardroom at your convenience to create blankets for My Very Own Blanket, a heartfelt gift for children transitioning from temporary to permanent housing. All supplies will be provided, allowing you to make your blanket at your own pace/schedule. Your contribution will bring comfort and joy to a child in need. Drop by anytime to participate in this meaningful event. We look forward to your contribution! 

Encrypted Emails

Everyone should now have the option to send encrypted emails. Option is on the far right of the email subject line. With the read only option recipients will not be able to forward, print, copy or snip. Also only the sender is able to associate the email to ATO for read only emails.

This program focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion, offering an immersive journey through America's evolution. This training will be led by Dr. Shawn Moore and Lee Vague. The program is available to both public and private organizations.

Welcome Dr. Shawn Moore

Please join us in welcoming Dr. Shawn Moore to the Eckberg team. Shawn will serve as our new Director of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI). In this role, Shawn will lead our initiatives to provide top-notch EDI training and consulting services to both public and private organizations.
