Upcoming Events
The Provider Orientation is a live session conducted over Zoom that provides an overview of comprehensive family planning and resources, program benefits and services, client eligibility, provider responsibilities, and provider compliance. Only the site certifier (medical director, physician, physician assistant, certified nurse practitioner, or certified nurse midwife) who is responsible for overseeing the family planning services rendered at the service site should register to attend.

Medi-Cal and Family PACT Bulletins
Beginning January 1, 2024, adults ages 26-49 meeting income requirements are eligible for full scope Medi-Cal, regardless of immigration status.

New HCPCS Codes for Contraceptive Supplies
DHCS published the new 2024 first quarter rate updates for HCPCS codes A4269, J3490 and J7304 for contraceptive supplies.

Family PACT Provider Enrollment and Responsibility Policy Update
Effective April 15, 2024, DHCS has expanded the clinicians eligible to be a site certifier to include Physician Assistants (PAs) and has updated the required provider training requirements.

2024 Income Eligibility Guidelines for the Family PACT Program
On April 22, 2024, DHCS posted the updated Federal Poverty Guidelines for 2024 for Family PACT.

Family PACT Benefit Update 2023 (New)
This course explains the new benefit changes in the Family PACT Program that were published in 2023 and how to apply them in clinical settings.
Person-Centered Contraceptive Counseling for Family PACT Clients (New)
This training covers best practices in person-centered contraceptive counseling and offers practical tools for providers to employ in their clinical encounters. Take the training to learn how to deliver quality contraceptive care by helping clients identify their preferences in the context of their lives, values, and beliefs.
