Celebrate, learn, and connect at the UCSF Staff Resource Fair on Thursday, June 4 at Mission Bay! Visit the pop-up at Parnassus on June 1, attend virtual sessions on June 2, and connect with local vendors at the Supplier Connection Expo at SRD on June 3. Staff Resource Days connect staff to UCSF and partner resources that support community, wellness, and professional development. All are welcome!

The Chancellor Principles of Community Awards recognize the outstanding efforts of UCSF faculty, staff, and learners who demonstrate a strong commitment to the elimination of barriers to full inclusion for all people. Awards: Advancement of Women, Disability Service, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Leadership, and LGBTQI Leadership.

Do You Know CSEO?


The Center for Science, Education, and Outreach (CSEO), a unit of the Office of Opportunity and Outreach, has partnered with Bay Area schools, families, and students for over 25 years to increase academic success and exploration in STEM careers. Learn more about CSEO's wide variety of programs at a Staff Resource Days virtual session on June 2.


You can also get to know just some of what CSEO does for our communities at the Future Nurses Summit, co-sponsored by CSEO and We Belong, on June 12, 9 am - 12 pm, at the Chori Library, Nursing Education Training Center, Oakland. This free, interactive event is open to young adults interested in nursing and healthcare careers.

Mentor Students and Inspire STEM Careers this Summer


The UCSF CURE program seeks lab hosts and mentors for this summer's eight-week summer research internship, June 15 - August 7. High school and City College of San Francisco students pair with a UCSF lab and are provided with mentorship and lab experience by faculty, post-docs, lab managers, and graduate students.
