Good Afternoon, Rolesville!

We are entering a busy time of year. Summer is almost here, and the Town of Rolesville has a long list of family-friendly events.

Trail Art is happening the entire month of June, so be on the lookout for art along the town's greenways and trails. If you find one, make sure to snap a picture to post on social media and tag Rolesville Parks & Recreation.

On June 21, 2025, Freedom in the Park Juneteenth Celebration is happening at the newly renovated Mill Bridge Nature Park amphitheater. It will feature live performances, educational exhibits, and a showcase of local businesses. It will be held from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Also, don't forget to come out to our Rolesville 4th Celebration. It will be at Redford Place Park from 5 to 9 p.m. on July 4, 2025. There will be live performances, yard games, inflatables, and one of the best fireworks shows in Wake County.

Finally, I'd like to congratulate all the graduating high school seniors at Rolesville High School and Thales Academy. Good luck to all those seniors as they move on to the next adventures life has to offer.

Thank you,

Ronnie Currin
