This month we recognized the importance of Black history and the contributions, struggles, and achievements of African Americans and communities throughout history.


We also recognized heart health. Heart disease continues to be the greatest health threat to Americans and is still the leading cause of death worldwide so let's make sure to take care of our bodies.

Wake Tech East Visit (Wendell)

February 16, Mayor Currin and Rolesville Police Department visited the future Wake Tech East Campus opening in the Fall of 2024. Facilities will include; Education and Innovation Center, Public Safety Simulation Complex, Advance Technology Center (Spring 2025), and a Central Energy Plant. February 20, Rolesville's budget work session took place at which Town officials discussed priorities for next year's budget.

February 22, Rolesville Area Chamber Annual Awards Banquet. Mayor Currin welcomed guests and said a few words of recognition for a job well done to the Chamber Board of Directors.
