As a valued Arizona and Utah Contractor License Center customer, your safety and wellbeing are our top priority. With continued news around coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to share the steps we are taking to protect all customers and employees.
We are carefully monitoring the situation and following guidance from our Governors in both states and the CDC and other local health authorities.
We’ve always taken seriously the cleanliness of our locations. We know this is more important than ever. Aligned with guidance from health authorities, we are implementing additional measures to clean and disinfect our locations.
Employee wellbeing is also a top priority. We are encouraging team members to follow health authority best practices like frequent hand washing and staying home if they are feeling ill.
For these reasons, we are asking every person prior to entering our facilities:
Have you or a household family member been diagnosed with Coronavirus in the past 14 days?
Have you experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days? (Cough, fever, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing or sore throat)
If the answer is “YES” to either question, we ask that you not return for 14 days.
If the answer is “NO” to either question, please ring the doorbell and we will let you into our facility.
