From the President's Desk
TFRW President Barbara Trautman
Dear TFRW Members,
Despite our many disappointments of the last three months, we must move forward as a Federation and focus on local and state issues and races, AND on our Federation business at hand. We can retain our great volunteer spirit until we have the big opportunity in the 2022 midterm elections to take back the House of Representatives.
For now, it will be great to see you all on February 20, 2021 at our TFRW Winter Board Meeting at Brentwood Country Club. This is the time in our Federation cycle when we organize and plan for this convention year. We train leaders, raise money, and have fun.
Our February 20 Meeting will be a full business agenda plus the election of a First Vice President and the 2021 Nominating Committee. Seven new Club Presidents will be welcomed.
We plan to incorporate a “mini” Leadership Training Workshop during this meeting. We will also be presenting activities that can be counted for the NFRW Achievement Awards which highlight your club’s successes.
We will begin the Board of Directors’ Meeting promptly at 10:00 a.m. and still have time for a special speaker at lunch.
We are looking forward to seeing you all in just a few weeks. Please make your meeting reservation promptly.
Thank you,
Barbara

Membership Dues
Thank you to those clubs that sent Membership Reports and Dues in January!
In February, it is extremely important that all clubs send their Membership Reports and Dues payments in time for Judy Cooley and Bonnie Siler to receive them no later than February 20th. The NFRW has set a March 1 deadline for all clubs to have Membership Dues received and paid to them. Therefore, to meet the NFRW deadline, we need both the reports and payments for dues in hand by February 20th, so they can be entered into the NFRW database and paid before that March 1 deadline. TFRW does not enter memberships nor pay dues to NFRW until the correct dues amount is received from the individual clubs. Also, please keep in mind the mail service is not as expedient in some locations as in others.
-
Email Membership Reports to Judy Cooley, [email protected], AND Bonnie Siler at [email protected]
-
Mail Membership Dues payments to Bonnie Siler, 9400 Grove View Cove, Germantown, TN 38139.
