The City will be launching a new web-based software - Boca eHub - that will make applying for City services, permitting, and bill paying more efficient, accessible, and responsive.

Boca eHub, also known as CSS (Citizen Self Service), gives the public online access to apply for planning applications, building permits, business tax receipt applications, request inspections, and to pay invoices and follow along with application statuses. The software will debut on Monday, Feb. 13, 2023.

The following training sessions are available to the public to become more familiar with the software:

  • IN-PERSON SESSIONS
  • Date: Monday, Feb. 6 from 9am - 11am and 2pm - 4pm
  • Location: City Hall (201 W. Palmetto Park Road) in the Council Chambers
  • No registration is required for the in-person sessions.
  • ONLINE WEBINAR
  • Date: Tuesday, Feb. 7 from 9am - 11am
  • Register for the online webinar here.
  • The webinar recording will be available to residents next day on www.myboca.us/eHub.

PLEASE NOTE: During this transition, new permits, planning applications, and business tax receipt applications will NOT be accepted or processed from Wednesday, Feb. 8 - Sunday, Feb. 12 (with the exception of emergency permits). We will also not accept payments for permits, planning applications, business tax receipt applications or code enforcement violations between Feb. 8-12. Boca eHUB will commence, and normal operations will resume on Feb. 13.
