It's been quite the birthday month for Lydia Place!
Before we dive into November, National Homelessness Awareness Month, we'd like to take a moment to pause and reflect on how truly great you all are, and to remind you of the enormous power we yield as a community, when we join hands and start building a better today and tomorrow for current and future generations.
Here's to you, our community, for sharing the hope, laughter, and tears with us all these years!

In partnership with KAFE 104.1FM and YOU, this holiday program delivers presents and hope to Lydia Place families all over Whatcom County. In the meantime, you can warm up your holiday spirit by visiting our Holiday Giving page to view additional ways to spread the joy this season.

Immediate Need: Commercial Space for Adopt a Family Drop-Off
Do you or someone you know have an open commercial rental space in central Bellingham? Looking for a way to give back this holiday season?
Lydia Place’s 22nd Annual Adopt a Family Program is looking for a large, accessible space the first 2-3 weeks of December to receive, sort, and wrap holiday gifts for 250+ children in our housing programs. Your space will be well cared for by our staff and volunteers and will be visited by dozens of Whatcom County businesses and individuals as the central hub where all the holiday magic happens!
