Bark Beach Opens 7 Days a Week

Starting TODAY, Bark Beach at Spanish River Park will be open to the paw-blic seven days a week. Take your pup EVERYDAY from 7-9am in the mornings, or 3pm-Sunset (5pm-Sunset DST) in the afternoons.

Our city’s water distribution system has once again earned top recognition, receiving the 2025 Outstanding Water Distribution System Award from the Florida Section of the American Water Works Association. This honor highlights the system’s excellence in delivering safe, reliable, high-quality drinking water to our community every day.

Public Information Sessions

As part of the March 10 election, City of Boca Raton voters will be asked to vote for or against a $175 million general obligation bond in order to construct a new Police Department Headquarters. These presentations are informational only and will provide background information, details of the proposed project, and financing facts to help residents make an informed decision.

Latest Update on the Downtown Campus Redevelopment Project

At the January 20 & 27 City Council, CRA and Special Meetings, Council took the action on the proposed Downtown Campus Redevelopment Project. 


  • Passed Ordinance 5769, approving agreements to advance the Downtown Campus Redevelopment Project, subject to March 10 Referendum - Ordinance No. 5769
  • Passed Resolution No. 006-2026 and introduced Ordinance 5772, reaffirming that nothing about the Downtown Campus Redevelopment Project moves forward unless voters approve it, confirming there is one binding City-wide vote on March 10 that controls the outcome.


The March 10 referendum is the deciding vote. Nothing about the project moves forward unless voters approve it.

Boca Raton Municipal Election

Tuesday, March 10

Boca Raton will hold its regularly scheduled municipal election on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. Residents will vote for the offices of Mayor and Council A, B and D, along with two City-specific ballot questions.

First Responder Expo

Meet your City police, firefighters, and paramedics at the Boca Raton First Responders Expo on Saturday, February 7 from 10am - 2pm at the Town Center Mall Parking lot (corner of Glades Rd. & St. Andrews Blvd.).

James Hardie Pro Football Hall of Fame Invitational

The 2nd annual golf invitational tees off in Boca Raton on March 2 – March 8 at the Old Course at Broken SoundA field of 78 PGA Tour Champion players will compete for $2.2 million dollars. During Friday and Saturday play, 26 football legends will join the field.

The tournament will be televised on the Golf Channel. Tickets now on sale.
