What type of plants would do well in my yard?

Installing native plants is a great way to support our local environment and save water. Many native and Florida-friendly plants thrive in Boca Raton’s coastal climate, adding beauty to your yard while requiring less maintenance. A great tool on the City’s Sustainability webpage is Natives for Your Neighborhood, where you can search by ZIP code to see trees, shrubs, succulents, vines, and more – listed by common name (so helpful!). You’ll also find additional resources to help you choose the right plants for your yard.
