Make A Plan To Vote Early for November 5th Election | |
Dear Denver neighbors,
First and foremost, I want to thank those of you who voted in our State Primary Election. Return data for June’s primary election shows a 22.51% voter turnout rate with a total of 98,666 ballots. Unfortunately, voter turnout in Denver, and our neighboring counties was low, averaging only about 20-30%. While state primary elections historically see low voter turnout, it’s simply no excuse. Every single election matters, and we must do better to increase voter participation. The future of our city and democracy depends on it.
