Next Level Parents,
We'd like to officially welcome you to Fall and to our initial Offseason Email...
As we just pushed past the Autumnol Equinox, we have officially entered 'Autumn'. Per some AI engine, it has been discovered that 'Fall' is merely a North American English alternative to Autumn. Things we didn't know, but now we do! Staying in the education mode, as well as with the 'season' descriptors, Fall (or Autumn - whichever you prefer) will commence with the arrival of the Winter Solstice. This transition is scheduled to occur on Sunday, December 21st - approximately 3-4 weeks ahead of Next Level Winter Flag Football season!
By way of deduction, we have an entirely full season and several weeks ahead of our approaching Next Level Flag Football season. In the end, this is what we are here for! Today marks our jumping off point not only for Fall/Autumn, but as we get everyone revved up with building excitement towards those upcoming Winter months out on the Next Level Flag Football field!
For those of you new to the program, welcome to the family! And to our returning families, you know how we roll on from here! This is our jumping off point of the season and we are just gonna ramp up from here over the next several months.

| | Offseason Email - Fall Edition | | | Program Update - Santa Ynez HS | | | |
The Next Level Flag Football program in Santa Ynez is turning up the heat as we head into the Fall. Momentum has been great across the board, as all divisions are on their way with registration building and teams forming. We expect some of the divisions to start nearing full capacity by mid-November, as historically, that's when we see things start to finalize and rosters fill up, so be sure to jump in before it's too late. With teams published, uniforms in production, and registrations continuing to climb, every division is on track to close soon.
If you’ve got friends who want to win this Winter, now’s the perfect time to bring them into the action, because let’s be honest, football is always better with your squad in the stadium.

| | | Uniform Production Update: | |
As we move through October, our Next Level Winter Flag Football uniform production will start to commence as we get things fired up and fully operational ahead of the approaching season. For our location in Santa Ynez, production is slated to start in late November, with initial uniforms shipping in early December. As always, we will keep up the communication on uniform production, uniform delivery, and any expected shipping/tracking notifications once your season uniform is out of production and en route to the home!
For any/all participants registering later in the current registration cycle, uniforms will always come through production on a rolling basis and be delivered accordingly. In the unique style of Next Level Sports, participant uniforms will ship directly to the home (or the address associated with your primary account).
One thing that we absolutely love about the upcoming season is seeing those initial uniforms arrive and the excitement of our participants as they receive their order at their doorstep. Grab your phone, grab some pictures, some video, and send us those videos showcasing your athlete in their newly-received uniform upon arrival!
As always, if you have any issues with your season uniform, hit us up via support@nextlevelsports.com as they begin to arrive. Also, if you ever need to replace any part of your season uniform, we will always have replacement uniform pieces (jerseys, shorts) available throughout the season at the Next Level Uniform Store (more details below). More uniform information will be send throughout our upcoming Offseason Emails.
Address/Sizing Verification:
As your participant's uniform enters our production cycle, you should expect to receive an automated email from our system providing you with the opportunity to update/verify your uniform sizing information, which you should've already received. We encourage all new and returning players to review this email and make any/all changes per the instructions provided via the email notification:
- Uniform Sizing Verification
- Player Pack Size Verification (if purchased)
- Shipping/Address Verification

| | Next Level Notes - Playbook Updates | | |
If you happened to be a reader of the Summer Edition of our Quarterly Newsletter, you read a bit about our recent trip out to the campus of Southern Methodist University (SMU - PonyUP!) this past July. The trip to Dallas and SMU was a continuation of a project we set out on last Summer where our Next Level team looked to bring some life to our Next Level Flag Football Playbook and Drill content.
While we have been in the planning stages for a long time, we have always desired to add a bit more color and movement to our coaching resources and our library of supportive content. The Next Level Flag Football playbooks have been a tremendous asset and addition for not only our Student Coaches, but also for some of our first time coaches or those new(er) to our program. While we do not mandate the use of our Next Level Playbook, in fact, we strongly encourage creativity developed outside of said materials, we do feel that the baseline content is a great starting point for our coaches - whether student-based or parent-based.
Anyway, getting back on point here, our Next Level Playbook content and that in our Defense & Drills Playbook got a significant upgrade during our recent production out at SMU. We were able to capture video content that will be augmented to our Defense & Drill Playbook with an addition of 20 flag football drills to guide and assist in the development of our participants before, during and after our Next Level season.
While final editing and production have not been completed on our updated drill library, we dropped a little video to tease some of our video shoot and the scenes from the experience. Over the next few editions of our Offseason Emails, we will of course update you on the progress of these drills and announce their arrival to the Next Level Youtube page where they will reside in addition to our printed playbooks!
| | Quick Look - The Emotions/Experience of a Season! | | |
While we don't have an official Next Level 'Podcast', it sort of feels like we are on the cusp of creating one - we've got a lot to share and of course we feel there is a lot of dialog to be had out there to support the 'Youth Sports' ecosystem. Navigating the gauntlet each respective 'Youth Sports' season isn't easy on a family - parents are busier than ever and kids alike!
With that being said, we took a few moments back in late July while on set at SMU to just engage in some logical conversation. One of those conversations centered around the preparation of any upcoming Next Level Sports season as well as some of the emotions contained in the run up, preparation and events throughout a Next Level season. This video is just a raw, uncut look at some of that dialog as we discussed the commitment we see on the Next Level playing fields and courts, as well as the vulnerability of competition and commitment.
We 'banked' a bunch of this type of dialog and will look to roll some additional content out over the next few months. So, here are a few more tidbits from a few of us talking about the approaching seasons, the emotional rollercoaster and why it's ok to shed a tear every now and then - for our participants, for our families members and even us at Next Level Sports. Filling up the memory bank with great experiences...
Have a look!
