A plan to lure offshore wind construction companies and other parts of the supply chain to Hampton Roads now has a physical location and initial buy-in from some of the biggest players in the multibillion-dollar industry. The Virginia Offshore Wind Landing — a coworking and networking space for companies looking to set up shop in the burgeoning Hampton Roads industry — is now open in downtown Norfolk.
