Dearest gentle readers:

Hope 2025 is treating you well so far and that you are taking good care of yourselves and each other! We've been busy spreading love and literature this month, as per usual, in spite of bone-chilling conditions.

In this cold winter, our hearts were warmed, as always, by the joy of the children from Kids Alley, as they visited us for story-time and activities with local author Tom Tracy.

Alongside his daughter Alice Catherine, Tom read from his books Jazmyne's Big Emotions and Wonderfully You, provided educational word games & workbooks for the kids to learn about managing emotions, and even donated children's books from his collection to the Free Books Project.

We also had a great time giving out books at the "Keep the Village Warm" Coat Drive organized by It Takes a Village and the City of Camden, and at a Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service event with the Tatem Elementary PTA and New Beginnings. The latter was a little chillier but both events were brimming with love and goodwill.

Tuesday, 1/28: Authentic Minds and Parents Invincible present "Camden LEGO Day" at the Neighborhood Center, 3-6pm.

Saturday, 2/1: Pop-Up Library: Community Meeting on Immigrant Rights at LUCY, 1-4pm.

Saturday, 2/8: Pop-Up Library: Mastery Charter School Enrollment Fair at Molina Lower Elementary, 11am-3pm.
