A new website you say?
Yes! We are so excited to say that launching on March 4th will be a brand new Grand Forks Public Library website! One that fits our growing personality and provides easier access to the large amount of information, services, programming, and events we have to offer.
Children's Roku Sticks Now Available!
The Children's library now has 2 Roku sticks available for check out. Each one comes loaded with 60+ G and PG rated movies just for kids. Roku sticks are available to check out for one week at a time and can be put on hold at the library or through your account online.

The library also has 7 additional Roku sticks loaded with a variety of content suitable for various ages. These are also available for a week at a time and can be put on hold.

Calling all artists!
Part of the Grand Forks Public Library's mission is to connect our community. That doesn't stop at connecting people to us, but connecting them to all kinds of events around the community. This month we've found an art show happening in May with an open call to artists.

Mobile Hotspots - Coming Soon
Not only does the library have free wireless internet inside the library soon you'll be able to take internet access home with you! Coming soon we will have 10 mobile hot spots available for check out at the library. These hot spots are powered by Sprint and will let you take the internet with you. More details on check out length, holds, and user policy are in the works and will be available soon!
It's your LUCKY Day!!
Continuing in March, if you have late fees we'll wave them, no strings, no fuss. If you have late fees, stop by the front desk and say "I need my late fees waived."

We'll check your account and get rid of your late fees (this does not include lost or damaged fees, only late fees).

Thank you so much for coming out to our winter book sale last month. We know the weather wasn't the greatest and even cancelled one day of the sale.

Your support continues to help us support the Grand Forks Public Library and we are forever grateful for that.

No artistic ability is needed! This social painting party will be a fun, relaxing time to enjoy creativity and chat with friends while painting a masterpiece. This is the second event in the Grand Forks Public Friends Arts in the Library Series, space is limited to the first 25 people, reserve your spot quickly!
